Let Them Eat Hay

This mission kicks off in the Les Halles warehouses. Foullon's goons are hogging all the food, and it's up to you to clear them out and get that food back to the public. The area is a large restricted zone, so tread carefully. There are about six guards to deal with. A good strategy is to use the rooftops – you can often shoot guards from up there or find an upper-floor window to sneak in. Sometimes, you can even use cover right outside the restricted zone by a building door for a quick cover kill. If you get spotted, don't panic! Just climb the buildings and wait for the enemies to lose interest before continuing your approach.

Cat Food on a Hot Tin Roof

This one has Foullon hoarding food again, but this time it's all over the rooftops near the Hotel de Ville. Your goal is to take out his Lieutenants. Start by heading to the search zones from the south. Look for a second-floor balcony to sneak into and take out the first Lieutenant. Then, hop out the eastern windows and make your way up to the roofs of the buildings across the way. You'll need to take down a Brute up there. After that, head north to find and eliminate the second Lieutenant. Keep going north a bit more, then turn left and use a rope to cross to the other side. On the right, you'll spot two enemies on a roof. Jump across to those buildings, climb up, and perform a double assassination on them. Next, find a rooftop ladder to enter the following building. Wait until the guards inside are looking away, then quickly dispatch them to take out the third Lieutenant. Finally, head back outside and approach the last Lieutenant on the rooftop to finish the mission.

Hoarding Hostages

This mission involves some farmers being held hostage by the Cour des Miracles. You need to free them and then get out. Head to the restricted zone and climb the southwest building. Enter through the second-floor window and use your Phantom Blade to take out the two guards threatening the first farmer. Chat with the farmer, then head back out to the street and make your way to the next one. Even though the farmer is right by a balcony, it's safer to enter the building on the top floor and snipe the guard from the stairwell to free him. The next farmer is the northernmost one. Make your way north, passing through a building with a guard. Stop on the rope above the farmer's position. From here, you should be able to use your Phantom Blade on the first guard and then an air assassination on the second one to free the third farmer. Talk to him. Now, walk south and climb up to the second-floor window of the next building. Wait for the guard to look away, then slip inside for a clean kill to free the final farmer. Once you speak to him, escape the area to complete the mission.
