Extortion Contortion

First up, 'Extortion Contortion.' The criminals are shaking down the local merchants, and we need to find their leader. Head to the search zones and talk to the merchants who are being extorted. After that, follow the woman who leads you to a restricted area. Now, here's a crucial tip: don't go in where she leaves you. Instead, backtrack to the south end of that restricted zone. You'll find a small alley with a Watcher. Use a wall for cover and take him out with a Phantom Blade headshot. This will draw your main target out to investigate, giving you a perfect window to headshot him too. Once that's done, you can easily exit the restricted zone and wrap up the mission.

Chouan Riddles

Next is 'Chouan Riddles.' We're tracking a suspected Chouan spy who's holed up in a nearby house. Warp to the south end of the Saint-Marcel district and make your way to the small restricted zone. Getting into the house can be tricky; the front door is heavily guarded. Your best bet is to go around to the south side of the building and climb up to the window on the upper floor. Once inside, quickly read the letter on the desk. Then, immediately slip into a hiding spot because guards will be patrolling upstairs. Wait for them to head back downstairs before you make a move. To get the next clue, you'll need to deal with the enemies downstairs. A good strategy is to use the stairs to break line of sight, lure them upstairs, and then take them out when they turn to go back down. Once the area is clear, head downstairs and examine the clock in the fireplace. Finally, go back upstairs, open the chest, and you're clear to escape the area and finish the mission.

Baras Funeral

Last but not least, 'Baras Funeral.' We need to escort Joseph Bara's funeral procession from the street all the way to the Pantheon. Warp to the Saint-Jacques district and head to the waymarker to meet up with the people leading the procession. As the carriage makes its way up the street, you'll have snipers on the balconies and enemies on the ground to deal with. Prioritize the snipers first, as they can be a real pain while you're fighting on the ground. After you've dealt with them, take care of the ground troops. When you reach the top of the hill, overlooking the Pantheon, climb the building on the right. This gives you the best vantage point to handle the large final wave of enemies. Protect the procession, and you'll complete the mission.
