    The Traitor contract becomes available after completing 'The Perfume Trader' contract. Accept it from the contract board.

    The mission takes you to the Soap Boiler's District, a restricted area.

    To complete the main objective, locate the traitor speaking with a guard and assassinate him. Then, leave the area.
