Valley Forge

Head to the far western part of the region; you'll find this contact next to a house by a water source. They need:

New York Delivery Missions

East District

In East New York, look for this contact directly west of the northernmost harbormaster. They want:

You'll find this contact just southeast of Fort Division, along the waterfront. They're asking for:
