Homestead Side-Missions

Complete all Homestead Side-Missions in assassins creed iii, including recruiting Lance, Myriam, and Warren & Prudence. Room at the Inn costs 1000 pounds.

Mission 1: Godfrey and Terry - River Rescue

This mission is part of the main campaign. Upon completion, Godfrey, Terry, and their wives join the community.

Mission 2: Achilles - Training Begins

After rescuing Terry, Achilles calls you to his office and introduces you to the ledger and the economy via a tutorial.

Mission 3: Lance - Whittler's Weapons

Look for a Homestead mission marker on the southern end of the area. Approach to find Lance hanging from a cliff, guarded by men. Dispatch the guards and pull Lance up to complete the mission. Lance joins the community.

House Party

Recruit any Artisan and see them settled on the Homestead.

Mission 4: Myriam - Silent Hunter

Available from Sequence 9. Find a Homestead quest marker near the Homestead. Head there to find an injured woman. Bring her to Achilles. You will then be tasked with killing poachers. The game provides rope darts and a tutorial on their use: shoot with a rope dart and hold the ranged weapon button to choke, or shoot and then jump from a tree to hang them. Climb a tree, use rope darts on the first two poachers, then finish the last one. Two more poachers appear; eliminate them to complete the mission. Myriam joins the community.

Mission 5: Godfrey and Terry - Burglar on the Homestead

Head to the Homestead quest marker. After a scene, chase and kill the burglar running away to complete the mission.

Mission 6: Godfrey and Terry - The Fight

A new Homestead mission marker appears after the previous mission. Head to it and complete a mini-game to separate Godfrey and Terry. Talk to both of them to finish the mission.

Mission 7: Warren and Prudence - Abused

This mission takes place in the Monmouth hunting region. Fast travel to the harbormaster if unlocked, otherwise travel there. Head to the Homestead quest marker and kill the guards harassing a farmer. Warren and Prudence join the community.

Mission 8: Warren and Prudence - Prudence's Primrose

After recruiting Warren and Prudence, return to the homestead and approach the objective marker. Head for the green search circle. Find clues to narrow the search area. You will find Prudence being attacked by a bear. Kill the bear using on-screen prompts to complete the mission.

Mission 9: Norris - The Brawler

This mission is set in Boston. Travel there and go to the Homestead mission marker. Find a man being attacked by guards. Kill all guards to free him and complete the mission. Norris joins the community.

Mission 10: Myriam - White Trophy

After recruiting Norris, this mission becomes available. Track the marker and talk to Myriam, who needs help tracking a cougar. Examine clues in the search area to narrow it down. A scene will play showing the cougar bolting; chase it until another scene plays. Approach the mine and perform a successful button prompt press to complete the mission.

Mission 11: Daily Life - Room at the Inn

Head to the Homestead mission marker and talk to Corinne and Oliver. Pay them 1000 pounds to complete the mission. If you lack funds, find chests, send assassins on missions, or sell hunted animal products.

Mission 12: Achilles - Manor Mysteries Part 1

Approach Achilles in the manor. He asks you to retrieve the contents of a chest from a nearby cave. Meet Norris and escort him to the point of interest. Once the cave entrance is unsealed, head inside and follow the objective marker to the back of the cave. Unlock the chest. The cave begins to collapse; jump and shimmy across the room before backtracking.
