To get started, keep an eye out for icons that look like envelopes on your map. When you spot one, head over to the person with an envelope icon hovering above their head. Chatting with them will kick off a mission where you'll need to deliver four letters to folks in the nearby areas.

You'll notice two types of envelope icons: the starting point for these missions is a black icon with a white letter, while the delivery points you need to reach will show up as a white icon with a black letter. It's a simple visual cue to help you out.
