• Description: Have a complete Synchronisation Bar.
• Achievement Points: 45
• Obtained By: Have all 20 bars on your health bar full. Complete all investigations, view points, and save all citizens.

Hungerer of Knowledge

• Description: See 85% of all the Memory Glitches.
• Achievement Points: 20
• Obtained By: Click on 85% of the glitches that appear in the cutscenes (short, non-interactive story sequences) between you and enemies.

Defender of the People

• Description: Complete every save citizen mission in Damascus, Acre, and Jerusalem.
• Achievement Points: 20 for each City
• Obtained By: Save all the citizens in each city. Check your map for more details. Complete all View Points for a comprehensive map showing all saving citizens locations.

Conversationalist

• Description: Go through every dialog (spoken conversation) possible with Lucy.
• Achievement Points: 20
• Obtained By: Talk to Lucy after the completion of each memory block and keep talking until she tells you to sleep.

Visions of the Future

• Description: Watch the Credits.
• Achievement Points: 50
• Obtained By: Watch the entire credits sequence.

Who is Desmond?

Desmond Miles is Subject Seventeen, whose ancestor is Altair, the assassin that you play as. It is reasonable to assume that Altair fathered a child after the events of the game, or otherwise it would be impossible for Desmond to have the genetic memories of Altair.
