There are a total of 17 Nursery Rhyme Puzzles found during Saga's storyline. Solving them requires you to find Nursery Rhyme Dolls and place them on specific symbols. Completing these puzzles unlocks new charms and is tied to two related trophies: Strange Reality for solving five and Shift in Reality for solving all 17.

Nursery Rhyme Puzzles - The Heart

1. Location: Northwest of Cauldron Lake, across a bridge to a picnic area.

   Solution: Place the Crow Doll on the Sun symbol.

2. Location: In front of the Witchfinder's Station.

   Solution: Place the Hero Doll on the Boat symbol and the Wolf Doll on the Tree symbol.

3. Location: Outside the Private Cabin.

   Solution: Place the Crow Doll on the Egg symbol, the Hero Doll on the Heart symbol, and the Wolf Doll on the House symbol.

Nursery Rhyme Puzzles - Local Girl

1. Location: Suomi Hiking Trail, on the southern path after a split.

   Solution: Place the Moose Doll on the Tree symbol.

2. Location: Picnic area south of the Radio Tower, on the northeast path towards Coffee World.

   Solution: Place the Deer Doll on the House symbol.

3. Location: Lighthouse Trailer Park, at the end of the jetty on the southern edge (after floods recede).

   Solution: Place the Wise Elder Doll on the Sea symbol and the Bear Doll on the Sweet symbol.

4. Location: East of the Watery Lighthouse (after floods recede).

   Solution: Place the Wise Elder Doll on the Eye symbol and the Trickster Doll on the Sea symbol.

5. Location: Latte Lagoon in Coffee World, at the end of the jetty (after floods recede).

   Solution: Place the Trickster Doll on the Jewellery symbol, the Moose Doll on the Sea Symbol, and the Deer Doll on the Boat symbol.

6. Location: Ranger Cabin, outside the back door (after floods recede).

1. Location: Northwest of the Valhalla Nursing Home Break Room, east into the woods near a campsite.

   Solution: Place the Mother Doll on the House symbol and the Child Doll on the Tree symbol.

Nursery Rhyme Puzzles - Old Gods

1. Location: Ranger Station, ground floor room opposite the kitchen.

   Solution: Place the Child Doll on the House symbol and the Monster Doll on the Sweet symbol.

2. Location: Shoreline northeast of the Ranger Station.

   Solution: Place the Child Doll on the Jewellery symbol, the Monster Doll on the Sea symbol, and the Mother Doll on the Boat symbol.

3. Location: Billie's Boat Yard, on the eastern jetty.

   Solution: Place the Monster Doll on the Boat symbol and the Mother Doll on the Sea Symbol.

4. Location: Lighthouse Trailer Park, inside the trailer by #5 (requires boltcutters).

   Solution: Place the Wise Elder Doll on the Eye symbol and the Deer Doll on the Heart Symbol.

5. Location: Cauldron Lake, Rental Cabins (requires boltcutters), cabin #4.

   Solution: Place the Monster Doll on the Egg symbol, the Crow Doll on the Eye symbol, and the Hero Doll on the Jewellery symbol.

6. Location: Witchfinder's Station (after solving all other puzzles).
