Walkthrough

    Begin by approaching the Sanatorium and heading towards the fountain.

    Go left towards the large gates to find Fortune Totem #2 on the floor at their base.

    Head back towards the building, go left before the double doors, and examine the CONDEMNED sign.

    Continue left to a metal sheet; examine it and use motion controls to move it aside, entering a room.

    Go towards the back of this room, through a wire fence, to find Loss Totem #4.

Your answers do not matter until the Analyst asks if you truly believe he is real. If you say he is real, his appearance remains unchanged for the rest of the game.
