Two Point Hospital guide version 1.9 is live as of April 10th, 2023, offering star-by-star coverage and DLC info.

Version 1.9 of this guide was last edited on April 10th, 2023. After four years of development, it provides complete star-by-star coverage of the entire base game. Each level page details how to achieve all three stars, offering two distinct 3-star layouts to illustrate different successful approaches. The illness list has been updated to indicate preferred diagnosis rooms for each stage of progression. Coverage for new crossover content with Two Point Campus is also included.

The next and final update, version 2.0, is planned for June of this year. This update will include previously uncovered topics, a final revision, and additional arbitrary lists and reviews. After version 2.0, the author will no longer maintain the guide or respond to feedback, as it is believed no new content for Two Point Hospital will be released.

The author expresses gratitude for the four years of effort, numerous revisions, and several DLC (downloadable content — extra missions or items released after launch), as well as the honest feedback received. Support for the guide can be shown by voting it as helpful.

Regarding the future of Two Point Hospital, the last DLC was released in March 2022, and there has been silence from Two Point Studios. Two Point Campus has already received its first major DLC. The release of the "Full Health Collection" on Steam last year, which bundled all content, may have hinted at the completion of the game series, though this is speculative.

A guide for Two Point Campus may be written in the future after the current guide is finished, as the author is currently playing through it.
