First Relief

You start in the Great Corridor, the bottom area called First Relief.

First Trial

Warning: Make sure you are ready for a fight.

  • 1x Dolph (level 52) - Weak against sword and fire skills.
  • 1x Macellan (level 52) - Weak against sword and ice skills.
  • 1x Linde (level 52) - Weak against force skills. Can heal allies with diarahan.
  • 1x Gordin (level 52) - Weak against axe and electric skills.

Strategy: Defeat Linde first due to her healing ability. Then focus on Gordin, followed by Dolph and Macellan one by one.

After the fight, Eleonora, Mamori, and Kiria receive their powers.

Second Relief

Second Trial

Warning: Make sure you are ready for a fight.

  • 1x Ogma (level 53) - Weak against lance and fire skills.
  • 1x Palla (level 53) - Weak against axe, bow, and force skills.
  • 1x Jagen (level 53) - Weak against axe and ice skills.

Strategy: The damage from a single mirage attack can be very high. It is recommended, but not necessary, to learn the radiant skill 'endless song/act' (at least to your main party members). This radiant skill unlocks at stage rank 16 for Itsuki and stage rank 17 for other characters.

After the fight, Tsubasa, Touma, and Yashiro receive their powers.

Third Relief

Third Trial

Warning: Make sure you are ready for a boss fight.

Preparation: Go to the Hee Ho Mart and buy a few amrita soda's from the masked sailsclerk.

  • 1x Gharnef (level 55) - Recommended level 53 or higher.

Gharnef Skills:

  • Agidyne: Heavy attack.
  • Imhullu: Medium attack that damages and causes stun to all enemies.
  • Feral Trance: Causes an ally spirit to go wild, greatly increasing its offense.
  • Mind surge: Causes mind surge on all enemies, draining EP with each action.
  • Sword-elfire: Medium attack (sessions from sword skills).
  • Axe-elfire: Medium attack (sessions from axe skills).

Gharnef Weaknesses: Weak against force skills.

Gharnef Summons:

  • Sword Spirit: Weak against lance, bow, and electric skills.
  • Axe Spirit: Weak against sword, bow, and ice skills.

Status Ailments: Gharnef can inflict 'mind surge' (drains EP) and 'stun' with Imhullu. Amrita soda or status-curing skills can help.

Defensive Approach: Use defense/evade buffs. Ignore the spirits and focus on Gharnef. Use force skills, but keep your party healthy. Use magic mirror and attack mirror items. Refresh buffs/debuffs every three rounds.

Offensive Approach: Defeat the two Spirits first to prevent Gharnef from using Feral Trance or building sessions with them. Prioritize the Spirit with a red glow. After defeating the Spirits, focus on Gharnef.

After the fight, choose one of the two options to respond to Tsubasa.
