Go to the area where the front end of the plane crashed, or the area where the pres. Ir. scanner is.

Proceed to the nose of the plane.

Go right and eliminate the blonde NPC (non-player character).

Move forward until you reach the area where you see the plane's broken wing.

Back up and equip a sniper rifle.

Look between the broken part of the plane's wing and the snow wall; the cheese should be on the ground there.

If you still cannot find it, go to the right of the plane, look for and eliminate the blonde NPC, and search in that proximity.
