[8.6]. Mission 6 - Deep Sea: Nullify Threat (3)

Reactivate Teleportals: After the intro cut-scene, head through the steel door and into the tunnel. Elvis will be with you, and don't worry about him – he's got his own gear and can handle himself. Just try not to accidentally shoot him yourself! Once you're through the next door, equip your IR Scanner. This is crucial because it lets you see those pesky cloaked guards who are otherwise invisible. Keep moving through the next door. You can shoot the red guards if you want, but Elvis is faster and actually makes some pretty funny comments when he takes them out, so let him do the heavy lifting.

Next, head through the big door to your right, which is up a slight ramp. Go through the following door and clear out any guards. Follow the tunnel to the right until you reach the end. Go through that door, and keep following the tunnel until it splits into three paths. The left path leads to a shield. Now, backtrack to the door you entered this area from. Take the path on the right that leads downwards. Fight your way through the tunnels, taking out any guards in your path. Eventually, you'll reach an area with a scientist and a guard. Take them both out. After that, Elvis will mention reactivating the teleportals. He'll head up the ramp to the top of the room and get them powered up for you. Objective 1 complete!

Disable Cetan Megaweapon: Now, leave this area and head back to where you found the shield down the left path earlier. This time, instead of taking the left path, take the right one. Go through the curving tunnel and the next door. You'll see a teleportal straight ahead – it's that big, moving area on the wall. Hop into it with Elvis. He'll give you the FarSight tool, so equip that. Your job now is to protect him as you make your way to the megaweapon. Move through the hallway and the next few doors until you reach a round room. Go around the perimeter of this room and through the door on the opposite side. Continue through the next door, and you should see two doors ahead – one directly in front and one to the right. Take the door on the right. You'll find yourself in the room with the Cetan megaweapon. Elvis will go over to it and disable it, completing objective 2.

Secure Control Room: Exit the megaweapon room and take the door to your right. Follow it until you reach another teleportal. Enter it. Now, use your FarSight tool in front of the door ahead of you and take out the two guards. Go through that door to complete your third objective.

Restore Dr. Caroll's Personality: Approach Dr. Caroll and equip the Backup Disk from your inventory. After the cut-scene, you'll have a tight 60-second timer to get off the ship. Follow Elvis through the door to your right. Keep following the path until you can turn left. Go through that door and continue along the path until you see a large blue door on your left. Enter it, go through the next door, and you'll exit the Cetan ship, completing your final objective for Mission 6!
