Obtain Water Bombs: Travel to Kakariko Village and visit Barnes' Bomb Shop. Speak to Barnes at the counter and sell him the contents of one of your Bomb Bags to free it up. You can then purchase Water Bombs to fill this bag.

Obtain Third Bomb Bag: Return to Zora's Domain and enter the Waterfall Cavern. Equip the Zora Armor and Iron Boots to sink to the bottom. Use a Water Bomb to destroy the remnants of the Molten Rock, freeing a Goron. Speak to the Goron, and he will reward you with the Third Bomb Bag.

Access Lakebed Temple: Go to Lake Hylia and make your way to the purple dot on the map. Equip the Iron Boots to sink to the lake's bottom. Find the pillar of bubbles rising into the air on the north edge. Drop a Water Bomb onto the bubble pillar to create a geyser below. Drop another Water Bomb onto the geyser, which will rise and destroy a boulder, opening the entrance to the Lakebed Temple.

Lakebed Temple Entrance Hall: Swim down the tunnel to the north end, avoiding Biri enemies. Once you reach the end, climb out into a large cavern. Kill the Red Chus and collect their slime in an Empty Bottle for Heart recovery. Open the chest on the south end for ten Water Bombs and the chest on the west end for twenty Arrows. Head north, kill the Purple Chu, and climb the staircase. Look south for a handle on the ceiling, grab it, and Link's weight will unlock the gate. Proceed through the door.

Lakebed Temple - Upper Stalactite Cavern: Upon entering, a stalactite will fall, creating a ledge. Knock down the remaining four stalactites by hitting their bulbous protrusions with Bomb Arrows. Run north down the ramp.
