    Begin at Entrance 1 (W) of the Dead Cave. Smash planks behind a head with a camera in its mouth. Pick up the Drawing on the floor and Passenger 5C (19/43) hanging from the ceiling.

    From this initial junction, head north and down a slope to a pool with cases. Continue north-west through a long tunnel. Collect CASSETTE 5 from the third head on the floor, and find the ARTIFACT DRAWING and dynamite near a beheaded corpse. Squeeze through a gap to see the Sinkhole.

    Return to the junction and head north-east, under a hanging skull. Smash through two plank walls to find the CRUCIFIX on the floor.

    In the subsequent dangerous junction cave (likely containing an armsy and cannibals), turn right (south) and go up a hill to another cave. Find OLD PHOTO 8 in one of the tents. Note the bug associated with this item.

    Locate Passengers 3D and 4D (21/43) hanging from the ceiling, and the rope leading up to Entrance 2 (E). You can ascend here to recover health.

    Follow a rope to another campfire at the bottom of a climbing wall that leads to the Wet Cave. This may provide a new objective: FIND WAY TO CLIMB ROCK WALLS.

    Return to the first junction inside Entrance 1 (W). This time, head east across the water and down a long tunnel into another dangerous cave.

    Hug the left wall to find five cases. Continue east, looking for Passenger 2B (23/43) perched on a rock behind cloth.

    Follow plank boards around a corner to find a case with clothes. Inside a cave to the south, find a campfire and a supply cache with numerous items and three more Passengers.

  • The Chainsaw is a powerful melee weapon that requires fuel and can be equipped with a Torch for cave use. It is also effective for felling trees.
  • Placing Stick Markers at junctions can help with navigation.
  • The Dead Cave has multiple entrances, but exploring north first from Entrance 1 (W) is recommended for efficiency if aiming to exit east.
