    A Rash of Insults:
    1. Find Tarer Braryn in the Office of the Watch, Temple Canton.

    Agree to deliver apologies to Trebonius Artorius, Arch-Mage of the Mages Guild, in the Foreign Quarter.

    Tarer gives you a copy of 'Aedra and Daedra'.

    Speak to Trebonius about apologies. He will give you a potion to cure Tarer's rash and a Levitation potion for yourself.

    Return to Tarer with the potion of curing. He will reward you with 100 drakes.
  • Mysterious Killings in Vivec:
    1. Find Elam Andas in the Office of the Watch.
    2. Ask him about work to learn about seven recent killings.
    3. He will not officially hire you but will reward you if you find and execute the killer.
    4. Ask about the victims and witnesses to learn you are looking for a Dunmer woman with a dagger.
    5. Inquire about a woman with a dagger in each canton. In the Foreign Quarter, you will learn a Dunmer woman was spotted in the Underworks.
    6. Go to the canalworks and then the Underworks.
    7. Find and kill the Dreamer Prophet, who carries a Dagoth Dagger.
    8. Loot her body and return to Elam Andas.
    9. Elam will offer you a choice of an Indoril cuirass and helm or the Belt of the Armour of God as a reward. (The Indoril armor is worth more when sold).
  • The Bad Actor:
    1. Find enchanter Miun-Gei in the Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks.
    2. He wants you to get rid of Marcel Maurard, an actor who is annoying customers.
    3. Speak to Marcel Maurard. He wants a role in a play.
    4. Find Crassius Curio, Hlaalu councilor, and ask him about a theater troupe. He is interested but lacks actors.
    5. Return to Marcel and talk to him about the theater troupe. He will agree to hang around and stop his routine.
    6. Return to Miun-Gei. He will give you an Iron Shardskewer as a reward.
    7. (Alternative: Taunt Marcel into killing you. Miun-Gei will give you 250 drakes but will be less impressed.)

    • For the Mysterious Killings quest, the Indoril armor set is more valuable for selling than the Belt of the Armour of God.
