The Mentor System in Summoners War is a fantastic way for both new and veteran players to benefit. New players (Apprentices) gain valuable guidance and resources, while experienced players (Mentors) earn exclusive rewards. This guide will walk you through how to effectively utilize this system.

Becoming an Apprentice

If you're a new player, you'll automatically be eligible to become an Apprentice. The system becomes available once you've cleared Cairos Dungeon B5 for the first time. Apprentices can link with one Mentor at a time.

• Eligibility: Account Level 10-49.
• How to Link:
  1. Navigate to the Community tab on the main island.
  2. Select Mentor System.
  3. Tap on the Apprentice tab.
  4. You will see a list of available Mentors. You can filter by various criteria, including their average monster rune quality or arena rank.
  5. Send a request to a Mentor you wish to link with. Once accepted, the mentorship begins!
• Apprentice Benefits:
  • Daily Quests: Complete simple tasks like clearing scenarios or participating in Arena battles to earn Mentor Points and other rewards.
  • Mentor's Support: Your Mentor can send you daily energy, mana stones, or even a Mystical Scroll once a week.
  • Guidance: Don't be afraid to ask your Mentor for advice on monster building, rune farming, or progression strategies.
  • Apprentice Shop: Use your earned Mentor Points to purchase valuable items like Legendary Scrolls, Devilmon, and Reappraisal Stones from the Mentor Shop located in the Shop -> Special tab.
• Important Notes for Apprentices:
  • You can only have one Mentor at a time.
  • If you unlink from a Mentor, there's a cooldown period before you can request a new one.
  • Actively communicate with your Mentor to maximize your benefits!

Becoming a Mentor

Experienced You can take on the role of a Mentor to guide new Summoners. This is a rewarding experience that also offers exclusive rewards.

• Eligibility: Account Level 50 or higher. You can have up to three Apprentices simultaneously.
• How to Become a Mentor:
  1. Navigate to the Community tab on the main island.
  2. Select Mentor System.
  3. Tap on the Mentor tab.
  4. You can set your availability to accept Apprentice requests.
  5. Apprentices will send you requests, which you can accept or decline.
• Mentor Responsibilities:
  • Accepting Requests: Choose Apprentices who seem active and genuinely interested in learning.
  • Daily Support: Remember to send your Apprentices daily gifts (Energy, Mana Stones) and the weekly Mystical Scroll. This helps them progress and earns you Mentor Points.
  • Providing Guidance: Be responsive to your Apprentices' questions. Offer advice on monster awakenings, rune sets for specific monsters (e.g., Swift/Focus for Bernard, Violent/Revenge for Veromos), and efficient farming spots (e.g., Faimon Volcano Hell for XP, Giants B10 for Swift/Despair runes).
  • Monitoring Progress: You can view your Apprentices' progress through the Mentor System interface.
• Mentor Rewards:
  • Mentor Points: Earn Mentor Points when your Apprentices complete their daily quests and when you send them support.
  • Mentor Shop: Use your earned Mentor Points to purchase exclusive items from the Mentor Shop (located in Shop -> Special). These include rare Transmogrification Stones, Legendary Scrolls, and Devilmon.
