Chamber 4: Warp Counter

Enter the teleporters in this order: Right, then jump above the first teleporter, stick to the ground, and enter the lower-left teleporter. Flick the switch when the robot is at the far right of its platform.

Run right without jumping. After hacking the terminal, proceed right, past the closed exit. Carefully approach the walking Robot; jump into the area above it when it stands on the floor switch.

You will reappear in a new section. If you need the hidden [Helix], grab it now. Otherwise, jump once to attract the Turret's attention below. Quickly run right, then jump up and left as the Turret looks away. Hack the Terminal, run left, then right as you drop down, and go through the newly opened exit.
