    Head towards the container warehouse.

    To the north east, near some water, you will find a small bridge.

    Near the bridge is a camp of Monolith soldiers. Talk to their leader.

    Agree to help find them (NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you)) cover and speak with the residents at Yanov (NPC).

    Take Morgan's PDA to the head of either faction (Duty or Freedom).

    Sell Morgan's PDA to them for 4000 RU (Ruble, the in-game currency).

    The faction head will send men and transport you to the Monolith guys.

    Wait for the initiation to be completed.

    You can speak with any of the Monolith soldiers to get a free trip back to Yanov.
