The Spectre Division is a rebel faction in Spectre Divide, introduced in August 2020. They are a successor to A.X.I.S., composed of elite pilots utilizing advanced Prime Shift technology. This technology allows their ships to enter a heightened combat state, granting bonuses when dealing or taking damage. The Spectre Division was developed as a response to Keres' declaration of war and the Imperium Liberatus.

History:

The Spectre Division began as a secret rebel movement, with origins shrouded in mystery, involving an unknown benefactor who anticipated Keres' motives. Burr later revealed the movement to the rebel population, urging pilots to gather intelligence on the Imperium Liberatus. In 'Virago', it was revealed that V-153 was the benefactor, providing blueprints for counter-technology. In 'Showdown', the Spectre Division successfully destroyed the Quantum Replicator Core, forcing Keres and her followers to flee.
