From the gate, take the steps on the right to the walkway. On the other side of the bridge, find the lockbox in the north-east corner of the plaza overlooking the fountains, behind a purple litter bin. This yields HK$5,000 and an iKoze Sport Watch.

Start at Two Chin's estate in south-east Kennedy Town, accessed during the Bad Luck mission. If returning, enter via the neighbors' building south of the main gate. The lockbox is behind the guardhouse, just above the "W" in the Two Chin's House label, containing HK$5,000 and a Couronne Puffy Vest.

The next three lockboxes are in the block south of "Complex" on the Housing Complex label. The first is near the south-east corner; you may need to climb walls to reach the red man icon. Follow the west and north sides of the building to find the lockbox containing HK$2,100, a 9mm Pistol, and guarded by thugs.

In the same block, find the next lockbox in the wide alley running to the south-east side. Hop the fence to reach it, yielding HK$10,000 and guarded by thugs.

The last lockbox in this block is in the alley on the south-west side, on the north side of the alley, directly south of the "G" in Housing. You'll need to hop into someone's yard to reach it, containing HK$20,000 and requiring a combo.

Locate the lockbox at a major road junction, just south of the "S" in Sun Yat Housing, containing HK$5,000, an Aspirazone Buff Jacket, and guarded by thugs.

At the docks, enter via the main gate near the vehicle vendor. The first lockbox is near the north-east corner of the compound, north-west of the "W" in Wong's Parking, atop a stack of shipping containers. It contains HK$5,000 and a Cambria Pure, requiring a combo.

On the next pier down from the cockfighting ring, find a lockbox containing HK$5,000 and Hang+Sui Pilots sunglasses, guarded by thugs.

The third and final docks lockbox is just north of the second "K" in Kennedy Docks, atop a stack of containers. Climb the containers to the west and leap across to obtain HK$5,000 and an Awareness Band.

Find this lockbox behind a column under the freeway overpass, a couple of blocks west and slightly south from the apothecary store. It contains HK$20,000 and is guarded by thugs, requiring a combo.

Locate this lockbox in a corner behind the lockup where you deliver stolen armored cars. If unfamiliar with the location, find the city block in south-west Kennedy Town with two parallel rectangles and a line between them; the lockup is in the north-east corner. Climb the wall to reach the lockbox containing HK$20,000 and requiring a combo.

In south Kennedy Town, find a block with a circular feature, north-west of the cemetery. The lockbox is about three-fifths of the way along the south-west edge of this block, containing HK$5,000 and a J.Jiggler Track Top, with nearby thugs.

Go to the cemetery in south-east Kennedy Town. The lockbox is in the car park, to the east side of the main building, containing HK$2,100 and requiring a combo.

The thugs for this lockbox are in a small parking lot near the freeway on the outskirts of south-west Kennedy Town. Look for the turning on the left just before the off-ramp when driving from Aberdeen into Kennedy. Alternatively, go to the Kennedy Pier building and take the stairs up to the south. The lockbox contains HK$20,000 and requires a combo.

The first of two coastal sewer tunnel lockboxes requires a boat. At the Water Pollution Control Centre north of Kennedy Town, approach from the water. The freeway passes over three stone archways; the tunnel is in the right-hand one. The lockbox contains HK$20,000 and is part of a drug bust, requiring a combo.

The final lockbox in this district is on the south side of Kennedy Town, at the Chiang Mai Sewer Interchange near the cockfighting place. Take your boat to the tunnel entrance under the first "N" in Interchange. The lockbox is in the north-west corner at the back, containing HK$10,000 and part of a drug bust.

Start with three boat-accessible lockboxes in Aberdeen. On Aberdeen Island, find a small beach on the southern coast. The lockbox contains HK$2,100 and a 9mm Pistol, requiring a combo.

Sail along the coast to the Aberdeen Sewage Outflow label, east of Aberdeen Island. The entrance is under the "S" in Sewage. The lockbox is in the north-west, containing HK$5,000 and a Knock-Off J.Jiggler Jersey, part of a drug bust.

Find this lockbox on another small beach north of the previous Aberdeen Sewage Outflow tunnel, directly below where the freeway bulges. It contains HK$2,100, a 9mm Pistol, is guarded by nearby thugs, and requires a combo.

Return to dry land on Aberdeen Island. In the small harbour north-east of the parking facility, find the lockbox on the roof of a big wooden boat directly north-east from the pork bun vendor on the quay. Follow the jetties and climb onto the boat to get HK$5,000 and Hang+Sui Pilots sunglasses, requiring a combo.

Drive to the north-west section of the island's road loop.
