From a health shrine (a place to restore health) opposite a smaller staircase to the north, take the stairs up to find a lockbox on the balcony containing HK$5,000 and Stiddaroli Black shoes.

Leaving the market, head to a rooftop near the Golden Koi. Go to the back of the restaurant, take the stairs up, climb three green tarps, and the lockbox containing HK$1,000 and the Hai Tien Vintage Jumpsuit will be in front of you.

Go to the Foo Long Overpass (footbridge) and ascend three sets of stairs on the west end. Hop the wall to the right, past a security camera control box (a device to manage surveillance), and find the lockbox around the left corner containing HK$10,000.

Visit the large old temple in west North Point. Climb all the stairs, cross the courtyard to the main temple building, and find the lockbox on the west side behind the building, containing HK$5,000 and the Knock-Off J.Jiggler Jersey.

Head to the parking facility north of the temple and take the alley to the south, running east. The lockbox is on the north side, just before the large sets of stairs downwards, containing HK$5,000 and a Baseball Cap.

This lockbox is in a corner next to the south-east end of the footbridge directly south-west of Club Bam Bam, containing HK$5,000 and guarded by thugs (non-player characters).

This lockbox is in Winston's upstairs office at Club Bam Bam. Take the stairs next to the karaoke room up to the upper floor, walk past the bar, and enter the door on the left. This may be unavailable before the Meet The New Boss mission and is easily picked up during that mission. It contains HK$5,000 and an iKoze Sport Watch.

Find the footbridge between Lu Mei Alley and Lok Fu Park in the north. Go up three flights of stairs on the south-east side. Instead of going left across the bridge, go straight ahead and follow the path up three sets of stairs. The lockbox is further south-east, behind a corner on the right next to a table, containing HK$5,000 and guarded by thugs nearby.

From the previous lockbox, follow the rooftop freerunning route south-east until you see two identical shacks on the right. The lockbox is between them, containing HK$5,000 and guarded by thugs nearby. This can also be accessed from the west end of the Kam Chuk Overpass footbridge, which also has thugs.

Go south from the Kam Chuk Overpass and look for a convenience store (marked with a soda can icon on the minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen), a small on-screen map). The lockbox is in the alley behind it, containing HK$5,000 and the Hang+Sui V-Neck. Thugs are present. You can buy a Dragon Kick energy drink from the store for a melee damage buff and full freeroam (the ability to explore the game world freely) health regeneration.

Get to the Impound Lot under the north branch of the freeway interchange west of the north-east parking facility. The first lockbox is in the south-east of the area behind a large concrete pillar, containing HK$5,000, the Mr Black outfit, and guarded by thugs.

The next lockbox is in the north-east part of the North Point Impound Lot, between a large metal building and stacked crates. There are thugs guarding this lockbox, potentially up to nine opponents. Grab buffs (temporary advantages) first if you want to fight them fairly or use a car to roadkill them quickly. It contains HK$10,000.

Go to the bus station, the large lot directly west of the north-east parking facility. The first lockbox is next to the main building on its west side, under a large canopy, containing HK$5,000.

A second lockbox is near the bus station in the north-west corner of the lot, with a small group of thugs behind a yellow barrier, containing HK$10,000.

North of the north-east parking facility is the North Pier building. Take the stairs up at the back and follow the balcony around to the front to find the lockbox under the North Pier sign, containing HK$5,000.

Head to the north-east vehicle vendor; the lockbox is due east of that, containing HK$5,000 and guarded by thugs.

Cross the bridge to the Top Glamour Imports island east of the vehicle vendor. For the first lockbox, take the first right, then the first left, and drive until you see a health shrine ahead. The lockbox is on top of crates to the north-east of the shrine, containing HK$5,000 and an Awareness Band bracelet.

The second lockbox is in the south half of the Top Glamour Imports island, near the west side behind the first large crane you come to when driving down from the north. It contains HK$14,000 and a cleaver.

Look for an irregularly-shaped city block north-west of the Waterfront map label, with a square chunk taken out of the top-right corner. The lockbox and thugs are in the alley at the back of that chunk, containing HK$10,000.

Get to the middle of the three parking facilities east of the Night Market, with the police station opposite to the east. The lockbox is in a corner at the south end of the compound outside the front of the police station, containing HK$10,000. You can get it without fighting the thugs.

The next three lockboxes are near the underground police HQ in the south-east of the region. Start at the parking facility in the south-east, drive north past the convenience store, and take the first turn on the right. The lockbox is immediately to your right on a loading bay, containing HK$10,000 and guarded by thugs.

Get to the front of the police HQ (behind the car park) and take the alley to the east from the north-east corner of the compound.
