Learn about the SimCity 3000 toolbar, located on the right and bottom of the screen, and understand its buttons and building costs.

The toolbar is the large bar on the right and along the bottom of the screen, containing all the buttons you'll use to build and manage your city. While some buttons may be intuitive, this guide will explain their functions.

Important Note: All building costs mentioned assume you are constructing on flat land. Building on a slope will increase the cost.
