Quick summary

Save your game at the brick gate wall in Employee Parking, then enter the motel reception. Collect the Guest Register and Motel Map, and take the ROOM 306 KEY from behind the counter. Exit reception and explore the surrounding areas, entering rooms 209 and 302 for items. Climb the stairs to the second floor, grab the Health Drink, and enter Room 312 for ammo. Proceed to Room 316 for another Light Stand, then descend the stairs. In the Area Outside of Rooms 305-309, unlock gates and enter Room 308 to fight a Twoback and collect ammo. Use the ROOM 306 KEY to enter Room 306, touch the mirror to enter Otherworld, grab the file, and exit. Navigate Otherworld areas, collect the Spear and Health Drink from Room 309, and proceed to the Area Outside Reception (OW) to find the exit to Area Outside Rooms 206-209 and 300-304.

Walkthrough

Employee Parking: Locate the save point on the brick gate wall to the left. Save your game, then proceed up the ramp to unlock and enter the motel reception area.

Reception: After a cutscene, you'll start at the front counter. Walk forward to collect the [GUEST REGISTER] file. To progress, you need to reach Room 500. To the left of the deer trophy, collect the [MOTEL MAP]. Go behind the front counter to find the **ROOM 306 KEY** on the key rack. The Manager Office to the north is locked. Exit the reception area to the west.

Area Outside of Reception: Open the gate to the south. Ignore the staircase for now.

Area Outside Rooms 300 - 304 and 206 - 209: Find the crate at the south end by the dumpster. Enter Rooms 209 and 302 to collect items, then leave each room.

Room 209: Defeat the Straight-jacket enemy in the bathroom and take the Rifle Ammo from the sink counter.

Room 302: Collect the Light Stand located to the right of the bed. Leave the room and return to the Area Outside the Reception. Find the staircase next to the gates and climb to the second floor.

Second Floor Area Outside Rooms 310 - 314 and 315 - 319: Collect the Health Drink lying on the vent at the southwest end. Enter Room 312 on your way back and collect the items inside.

Room 312: Defeat the Straight-jacket and take the Shotgun Ammo from the shelf next to the TV. Leave and go to Room 316.

Room 316: Collect the Light Stand next to the bed near the entrance. Exit the room and find the stairs on the southeast end, then descend them.

Area Outside of Rooms 305 - 309: You will encounter a Carrion and a Caliban. Unlock the gates to the Employee Parking area and the Area Outside Reception for future access. Consider saving your game in Employee Parking. Enter Room 308 with your flashlight off.

Room 308: Fight the Twoback monster using the Shotgun (it takes two hits). Collect the Shotgun Ammo from the restroom, then unlock and enter Room 306.

Room 306: Enter the bathroom and touch the mirror to transition to the Otherworld.

Room 306 (OW): Pick up the ["TO MY BELOVED WIFE"] file from the wall by the door.

Area Outside of Rooms 305 - 309 (OW): Several Straight-jackets are present. Enter Room 309.

Room 309 (OW): A Straight-jacket will attack. Take the Spear from the bed frame and the Health Drink from the bathroom toilet. Exit the room. The only other unlocked door leads to the Area Outside Reception.

Area Outside Reception (OW): Two Carrions are in this area. Try to run past them and open the door to the Area Outside Rooms 206 - 209 and 300 - 304 to progress.
