After exiting the Cedar Grove Sanitarium, pick up the LUMBER YARD KEY from the car's trunk.

Return to the Butcher Shop on Toluca Ave. and enter through the back door.

Follow the blood trail to the front room of the Butcher Shop.

Save your game and pick up the [BLOODY CAP] file from in front of the entrance doors, then exit the building.

Head to the Lumber Yard, located in the northwest along Midway Ave.

Enter the alley and use the Lumber Yard Key to unlock the gate.

Inside the Lumber Yard, immediately turn right and pick up the Hammer at the end of the path.

Maneuver through the lumber stacks and pick up the [NEWSPAPER] file after turning left past the fixed camera area.

Before exiting, grab the second Hammer from a stack of covered lumber.

Exit the Lumber Yard to the east side of Silent Hill.

On Industry Ave., find the blood trail east of the Lutheran Church.

Follow it to the back entrance of the Greenfield Apartments and go up the stairs.

Enter the back of the building and proceed through the doorway into the apartment.

Pick up the [NAPKIN] file next to the bed in the room the hall leads to.

Jump into the hole in the bathroom to reach the floor below.

Examine the overflowing mailbox labeled "213".

Open the front door at the bottom of the steps to exit back onto the streets.

Run ahead and follow the path behind the fence to find extra items, then collect items along the sides of the theater to the west.
