Walkthrough

In a room with two beds, check the southeast corner panel for revealed items.

Opposite Secret #1, a bathroom contains a mirror with wires; interacting with it reveals items.

On a raised corridor with a fence next to the bronze key door, jump onto the drain well and sink down to find ammo.

After using the yellow key, proceed down the corridor to an office and check the mirror for revealed items.

At the end of the corridor with crates, the southeast corner hides a tunnel. Jump on the crates and enter while facing east.

Locate the drain well next to the bronze key door, jump in, and climb the pipe.

Tips

Pay close attention to environmental details like panels, mirrors, and drain wells.
The minimap (a small radar (your minimap with nearby blips and threats marked) display on your HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap)) can help you orient yourself within the level.
Some secrets require precise platforming, like jumping onto crates or sinking down drain wells.
