    Start the level and follow the wall to the right until you find a white rabbit.

    Continue until you reach an area with two chairs and a central column. Navigate around the spinning slicing hazard to use the switch behind it, causing water to rise.

    Dive under the water and locate a hole in the column. Dive up through this hole and climb the ladder.

    Defeat the female ninja, collect the shotshells, small medikits, and missiles.

    Jump down to the other side and enter the area to find grenade shells, a rail gun, and the GOLD KEY.

    Return to the area with the two chairs and proceed to the gold key door located on the middle West of your (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen) - a small map usually in the corner of the HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap) showing your immediate surroundings and nearby points of interest).

    Use the GOLD KEY on the door and eliminate all enemies. Descend the stairs, staying on the right wall and killing enemies until you reach a silver key door.

    Since you do not have the silver key, backtrack down and look for a crack on the left wall. Destroy it to reveal a new path as stone walls begin to descend.

    Return to the area where you fought the rippers and ninjas and find a small ledge. Use this ledge to jump into an opening ahead.

    Continue forward until you find a large hole in the ground. Jump down and defeat the guardian.

    Proceed ahead to find ninjas and the SILVER KEY. Defeat the ninjas and collect the SILVER KEY.

    Make your way back to the silver key door.

    Use the SILVER KEY on the door and proceed through. Turn the lever, which will fill the large hole (where you found the SILVER KEY) with water.

    Return to the large hole and dive under. Ascend through a hole above you, which is now reachable due to the water.

    Find a Missile Launcher and a Ripper Heart. Dive back down and enter the large opening, then ascend again to find a Riot Gun and missiles.

    Dive back down, proceed through, and ascend again. Defeat the guardians and rippers.

    Take the opening to the left of the bronze key door and prepare to face two Serpent Bosses. Use the statue as (cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) - objects in the environment that can block enemy fire).

    Locate the BRONZE KEY under the left firepot and return to the bronze key door upstairs. Use the bronze door with the design of 4 parts on the north side, opposite your current location.

    Enter, defeat all enemies, and ignore the second bronze door. Dive into the water for grenade shells.

    Dive back up and enter one of the mini-waterfall-like openings, diving all the way down to find the RED KEY in the middle. Grab it and dive back up.

    Return to the red key door, located upstairs from the Serpent Boss area, below the Japanese fan.

    Use the RED KEY on the door and proceed. Defeat the female ninjas and activate the end level switch to complete the level and proceed to Level 11: Sumo Sky Palace.

To enter SECRET LEVEL 21: SHANGHAI SHIPWRECK:

  1. Instead of hitting the end level switch, search for vines and climb up.
  2. Grab the heat seeker card and hit the switch. This is one of two switches required.
  3. Return to the area where you first entered the gold key door, but do not go inside.
  4. To the left of the picture where the rabbit is running, you will find a medkit and another switch. Hit this switch.
  5. The picture will open, granting access to the secret level. Collect the armor and ammo nearby.
  6. Hitting both switches is necessary to unlock the bars blocking the exit to the secret level. The order in which you hit them does not matter.
Tips
  • Use the statue as (cover - objects in the environment that can block enemy fire) during the Serpent Boss fight.
  • There are two exits from this level: one leads to Level 11: Sumo Sky Palace, and the other to the secret Level 21: Shanghai Shipwreck.
