Level 12. Bath House (2)

Locate the green truck with gas tanks. Kill all enemies on top of the truck without detonating the tanks. Interact with the wall panel marked "Janitor" to find a Medikit. After collecting the Medikit, you can destroy the gas tanks.

In the bathroom, examine the center toilet. A door will open to your right, revealing a Riot Gun.

Find the girl bathing and check the blue towel. After passing through the gold card door, turn around to face the yellow pass key door, then turn left (east). Look for two coat hangers on a black wall and interact with the left one.

This secret is located opposite the doorway of the "Gold Card Members" sign. Destroy the statue to find refreshments. Ensure you enter fully into the area for the game to register that you found this secret.

In the room lit by red lights, there is a crack on the north wall. Destroy this crack to reveal items hidden inside.
