Alright, let's talk about the Small Medikit, or as the game calls it, 'First Aid Supplies'. These are crucial for keeping things clean and scoring well in Viscera Cleanup Detail, and while this isn't exactly Shadow Warrior 2, the mechanic is super important to understand if you want that perfect score.

Think of these as your go-to for restocking the First Aid Stations scattered around the levels. You absolutely need to make sure every single one is refilled and closed up before you 'punch out' with the Punchomatic if you're aiming for that 100% completion.

What they look like:

• First Aid Supplies: These are the items you'll be carrying. They look like a big grey base covered in medical gear – a green gauze roll labeled 'N-TOV', some brown vials, a syringe with glowing red liquid, and a tool with a light-blue handle and two needles.
• First Aid Station: This is the wall-mounted white box. It's got lights on the lid (red if empty, green if full), a green medical cross and Caduceus symbol, and the text 'N-TOV' and 'Medical Unit'. The sides of the station also have lights that show if it's full (green) or empty (red).

How to use them:

1. Grab your Hands tool.
2. Mouse over the lid of the First Aid Station and use your primary trigger (left-click by default) to open it.
3. Pick up the First Aid Supplies.
4. Position the supplies in the center of the open station. If it's in the right spot, they'll snap into place, and all the lights on the station should turn green.
5. Close the lid by mousing over it and using the primary trigger again.

Boom! Station refilled. Just remember, if the lid gets bumped by anything, it can open easily, so be careful not to accidentally trigger it.

A little language tip: The 'N-TOV' on the supplies? It's a little joke. In Hebrew, it sounds like 'no good' or 'there isn't any good'. Kinda funny when you think about it!
