Wraith Island is accessible early in the main story. After reaching the Town of Lucent, proceed to the Cursed Woods. The Solstice Shrine is located on the world map to the right of the Cursed Woods. You will need the Graplou item to enter, which is obtained later in the game after progressing through the Flooded Graveyard and the Necromancer's Lair.

Walkthrough

    Return to the Solstice Shrine. Use the Graplou to cross the gap and step on the button to open the door.

    Head to the right side and stand on the lowest platform. This will raise a platform on the left.

    Jump to the raised platform on the left and grab Solstice Shrine Key A.

    Return to the right side and find a hole in the wall in the corner. Place Key A in the hole to create two ledges above it.

    Climb the ledges and open the chest to receive the Shimmering Staff.

    Jump onto the two other platforms on the right side.

    Retrieve Key A from the hole at the top and use the lever to reset the first set of platforms to their original position.

    Go to the left side and place Key A into the hole hidden by the first platform.

    Jump back on the right platform to raise the left one again. Climb up to the top left platform to find Solstice Shrine Key B.

    Place Key B into the hole on the right side.

    Use the lever again to retrieve Key A from the hole on the ground level.

    Reset the platforms one last time using the lever.

    Place Key A into the hole behind the platform on the left.

    Raise the left platform again and climb to the very top. The chest on the left will contain the Shimmering Sword.

    The main chest will yield the Solstice Sash accessory.
