You're running around, picking up rocks and sticks, and crafting everything by hand at a bench. It feels slow, but trust me, this is where the magic of automation starts! This guide is going to walk you through the early stages, all the way up to when you get your first coal power online. Once you hit that point, you're officially not a beginner anymore!

The world of Satisfactory is massive and absolutely stunning, with tons of different biomes and some seriously toothy critters that'll make you wish you hadn't lost your gear. But the real heart of this game is building a factory. You start small, making just a few items manually, but by the end, you'll be churning out hundreds per minute, feeding a massive, complex production line. It's seriously addictive and can easily eat up 150-200 hours on your first playthrough.

Starting Out: The Tutorial
