Unfinished Business - New Enemies

Begin by responding to a hostage situation at a news station involving the Torch Heads gang, who are advertising for a mysterious figure known as the 'New Guy'.

RoboCop must track down the Torch Head leader, Soot, by investigating an arcade and rescuing the informant Pickles.

After apprehending Soot, he is brought to the 'New Guy', who reveals himself as Wendell Antonowsky, the brother of one of RoboCop's killers. Wendell shoots Anne Lewis, putting her in a coma.

RoboCop then investigates Wendell's connection to the Street Vultures biker gang, leading to a confrontation at their territory near a quarry. This involves fighting scavenged bodies and an ED-209 unit.

Following leads from the OCP Bank robbery and information from the Old Man, RoboCop discovers Wendell's plan to use stolen brains for 'Project: Afterlife'.

RoboCop confronts Wendell at an abandoned mall, experiencing intensified hallucinations.

Wendell escapes a prison riot instigated by him and later attempts to assassinate Lewis at the hospital.

RoboCop discovers Wendell's plan is being facilitated by OCP's interim CEO, Max Becker, and that the chip implanted in RoboCop is a jammer.

After removing the chip, RoboCop works with allies to quell widespread chaos caused by gangs, mercenaries, and UEDs.

RoboCop finally confronts and kills Wendell at his Project Afterlife laboratory in Old Detroit, amidst battles with mercenaries and UEDs.

The final confrontation is against RoboCop 2 (piloted by the Old Man's brain) in the OCP building.
