1. Location 1: Navigate to the industrial district. Look for a hidden alcove behind the main warehouse, accessible by destroying a weak wall. The collectible is inside.
2. Location 2: In the new section of Downtown, head towards the abandoned construction site. The collectible is located on the second floor of the partially built skyscraper, requiring a jump across a gap.
3. Location 3: The expansion adds a new underground tunnel system. Enter the tunnels from the Old Detroit entrance. Follow the main path until you reach a flooded section; the collectible is submerged near a collapsed pipe.
4. Location 4: Visit the expanded OCP Headquarters. Access the executive suites on the top floor. The collectible is hidden within the CEO's private office, behind a large painting.
