Alright, let's get this RPD locker opened up! You're gonna need to do a little treasure hunt first, but don't worry, it's pretty straightforward. We'll get you that S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm in no time.

Walkthrough

First things first, head to the S.T.A.R.S. room. You'll find a treasure hunt file in there that gives you some clues. Make sure you check out everything else in the room too – there are more notes and files with images that might help.

Once you've thoroughly checked out the S.T.A.R.S. room, make your way downstairs to the Operations Room. This room has a whiteboard that matches one of the clues from the Treasure Hunt files.

In the Operations Room, keep an eye out for a CRT monitor hanging from the ceiling. Near the corner of the monitor, you'll spot some keys. Look for a box you can climb on right underneath it. Climb up on that box, and you'll be able to reach and interact with the keys to pick them up.

With the keys in hand, head back to the West Office. Go to the top end of the room and you'll see a locker with a simple lock. You should now be able to open it using the keys you just found.

Inside the locker, you'll find another file that's important for your achievements and collectibles. You'll also snag the S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm. This little guy is awesome because it boosts your weapon firepower for automatic weapons, though it does increase weapon sway a bit. It's perfect for your SMGs and any bonus automatic weapons you find!

Tips

Don't skip checking all the files and notes in the S.T.A.R.S. room; they contain crucial clues for the treasure hunt.
The S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm is a great early-game boost, especially if you plan on using SMGs frequently.
