Move through the West Wing Hall and make your way to the Kitchen.

Wait for the Chef to move to the new chopping spot, then move the washing trolley behind him. Get spotted to anger him, causing him to launch the trolley out of the way. Hide outside the kitchen door until he calms down, then proceed into the new hallway.

Deal with the lightswitch zombie by turning on the light at the far rear of the hallway, near the bathrooms, and sneaking past it. Hide behind the cover to the right of the room's entrance after turning on the light.

Proceed to the shortcut back, alongside the Dining Hall, which leads to the stairwell. Take the stairwell to the balcony and then to the Chairman's Office. You may be chased by a zombie walking past a table; hide in the Filing Room around the corner.

Climb the staircase to the balcony where you heard singing. There is a zombie on the stairs; either kill it or kite it to the Filing Room again and proceed past it.

On the balcony bar area, there is a singer zombie and two other zombies. Sneak past them and follow the pathway to the right, which leads to the Chairman's Office.

The East Wing Keycard is located inside the Unicorn Trinket Box on a desk in the Chairman's Office. Rotate the box and check the back for an interaction prompt to get the Ruby Crystal.

Head around the corner and unlock the shortcut to the main area with the stairs where the Security Safe Room is. Be cautious of a zombie that patrols this area; it can reanimate. You can use an Injector on it, save ammo for achievement runs, or kite it into the Chairman's Office and shut the door.
