How to get the Level 1, 2, and 3 Access Wristbands

To get the Level 1 Access Wristband, first unlock the East Wing. Progress through the West Wing to acquire the East Wing Keycard.

Once the East Wing is open, proceed around the corner to the Operation Room.

Take the corridor to the right, deal with the light zombie, and turn right down the hallway.

Deal with the zombies in the hallway. Turning left at the end leads to a stairwell to the next floor where the Level 1 Access Wristband is located on a corpse.

To get the Level 2 Access Wristband, return to the West Wing and open the Level 1 access door near the Kitchen door.

Proceed to the garage section and acquire the Organ Cooler Box from the cold van. Be prepared to kill a zombie after collecting it.

Find the Wrench in a box in the Custodian’s Office, located in a room before the garage.

Exit the garage and go to Cold Storage. Use the Wrench to enter the area where the spinning handle fell off. Be aware that the zombie encountered earlier will become a Blister Head.

Collect the Artificial Heart from Cold Storage, ensuring you have inventory space.

Place the Artificial Heart on the body on the Operating table. Open the Organ box using the instructions from the Unlocking the Organ Transport Box file.

Kill the creature that wakes up and loot the Level 2 Access Wristband from its corpse.

To get the Level 3 Access Wristband, proceed through to the Isolation Ward, located in the large fenced-off area where you dropped three zombies between the Blood Lab area to the right of the Operation Room.

Open the Isolation Ward area. Find another manager’s room with a corpse on the desk. The Level 3 Access Wristband is on this body.
