The Storm Bow is a powerful ranged weapon in Project Windless, capable of firing arrows imbued with electrical energy, dealing significant damage and having a chance to chain lightning to nearby enemies. This bow is particularly effective against groups of foes, such as the 'Horde of Goblins' encountered in the 'Goblin Caves', or for quickly dispatching the 'Storm Elementals' that inhabit the 'Thunderclap Peaks'. Crafting the Storm Bow requires specific rare components and access to a high-level crafting station, the 'Artificer's Workbench', found in the city of 'Silverhaven'.

The primary component for the Storm Bow is the 'Stormwood Stave', a unique type of wood harvested from ancient trees found only in the 'Lightning Forest'. These trees are identifiable by their crackling bark and the constant static electricity in the air around them. Players will need 3 Stormwood Staves to craft the bow. Additionally, 15 'Charged Leather Strips' are required. These are crafted by combining 30 regular 'Leather Strips' with 5 'Lightning Crystals' at any tanning rack. Lightning Crystals can be found in areas prone to electrical storms or as rare drops from Storm Elementals.

The third crucial ingredient is the 'Arcane String', which is woven from the sinews of a 'Thunder Serpent'. These elusive creatures are found in the highest altitudes of the 'Sky Peaks' and are known for their lightning-fast attacks. Defeating a Thunder Serpent has a 25% chance to yield one Arcane String. Finally, the crafting process requires 2 'Storm Cores', which are salvaged from defeated 'Ancient Storm Constructs'. These constructs are often found guarding ancient ruins or in areas of intense magical energy, such as the 'Eye of the Tempest'. The Artificer's Workbench in Silverhaven is where all these components must be brought together.

Upon successful crafting at the Artificer's Workbench, the Storm Bow will have a base damage of 120. Its primary attack fires an arrow that deals 120 base damage and has a 30% chance to chain lightning to up to 3 additional enemies within a 4-meter radius, dealing 60 lightning damage to each. The bow also has a unique passive effect that slightly increases the draw speed by 10%. ensure they have a high enough Crafting skill level, ideally 75 or above, to guarantee a successful craft and avoid wasting valuable materials. Attempting the craft with a lower skill level carries a risk of failure, potentially destroying some of the components.
