To fulfill this request, you'll need to find a Pokémon that can learn Water Pulse. Several Pokémon can learn this move, either naturally or through TMs. A good candidate is Golduck, which can be found in various water bodies across Hisui, including the Obsidian Fieldlands and the Crimson Mirelands. Another option is Vaporeon, if you've managed to evolve Eevee into it. The Water Pulse TM can sometimes be purchased from the Ginkgo Guild merchants or found as a reward in the wild.
