Follow our Phantom Blade Zero walkthrough for Castile's House (Stage 4-1b), detailing enemy strategies, item locations, and tips for defeating the Spirits' Path.
Walkthrough
- 1The battle begins at Castile's house, shifting to Walnut and then back to Marona. You'll face the same battle as before, but with the added threat of enemies stealing weapons.
- 2Stage: 4-1b Spirits' Path
- 3Enemies: LV 6 So-so Summon, LV 5 Plain Summon x4
- 4Items/Objects: Aloof Old Tree x6, Aloof Tree x5, Aloof Flower x3, Calm Tree
- 5Protections: Mana +30%, Experience +30%, Attack -30%, Defense -30% (all from Calm Tree)
- 6To make the battle easier, confine your highest-leveled characters to prevent their weapons from being stolen. Avoid using this stage to level up low-level characters as it can be frustrating.
- 7If weapons are stolen, they are thrown away. Stay away from the edges of the map to prevent them from going out of bounds, and then pick them up again.
- 8The So-so Summon will attack the Calm Tree to destroy its protections. This will take at most 3 turns.
- 9Head north with Marona and confine 2 mages to 2 of the trees.
- 10On Marona's second turn, confine a strong character to the Calm Tree to maintain the battle's protections.
- 11You can confine your bottlemail to the Calm Tree to obtain it after the enemy is removed.
- 12Once back on Phantom Isle, use your new titlist to switch the Calm title and give it to a character or their weapon.
- 13After confining a strong character to the Calm Tree, the battle becomes easier. Confine the rest of your party and defeat the outnumbered summons.
- 14Stage Clear: After clearing the stage, return to Phantom Isle and give the Calm title to someone if you obtained it. Then, proceed to the next stage.
- 15Preparation for next stage: Equip Marona with a Cactus (or a weapon with high ATK confine %) prior to the next stage (4-2 Bloody Fortress).
Tips
- Confine high-leveled characters to prevent weapon theft.
- Stay away from the map edges to recover stolen weapons.
- Prioritize protecting the Calm Tree's protections by confining a strong character to it.
- Use your bottlemail to obtain the Calm Tree for later use.
