Orbs of True Knowledge are special collectibles found throughout the world of Noita. Each orb is associated with an Emerald Tablet and often found within dedicated Orb Rooms. Collecting an orb grants a unique spell and a permanent +25 Max Health bonus for all subsequent runs. A counter appears on your HUD once at least one orb is collected. Be aware that collecting orbs significantly buffs the final boss, Kolmisilmä, with exponential health increases and other scaling effects.

    Pyramid Orb: Located atop the Pyramid. Grants the Earthquake spell.

    Forest Orb: Found within a floating island above the mine entrance in the Forest, near the Mountain Altar. Grants the Sea of Lava spell.

    Frozen Vault Orb: Situated beneath the Frozen Vault, left of the Giant Tree in the Snowy Wasteland. Grants the Summon Tentacle and Summon Tentacle With Timer spells.

    Lava Lake Orb: Accessible beneath the Lava Lake. Requires digging through dense rock or using freezing and drilling. Grants the Nuke spell.

    Sandcave Orb: Found at the bottom of the Sandcave, below the Pyramid. Grants the Necromancy spell.

    Magical Temple Orb: Located in an Orb Room to the left of the Magical Temple. Grants the Holy Bomb spell.

    Abyss Orb: In an Orb Room to the right of the abyss, accessible by climbing dense rock or crossing a rope bridge. Located right of the lava lake, which is right of the Mines. Grants the Thundercloud spell.

    Snowy Chasm Orb: At the bottom of the Snowy Chasm, under the Snowy Wasteland. Grants Summon Deercoy, Flock of Ducks, and Worm Launcher spells.

    Wizard's Den Orb: Located at the bottom of the Wizard's Den, under the Desert Chasm and east of the Temple of the Art. Grants the Cement (Spell).
Tips
  • Orbs of Corrupted Knowledge appear in parallel worlds, are red, and do not grant spells. They provide Cursed Extra Max Health, which can be avoided by carefully standing on the orb's edge when collecting.
  • Collecting corrupted orbs also scales the final boss. Each specific corrupted orb can only be collected once per direction (east/west).
  • The maximum number of orbs obtainable in a single run is 33, or 36 with rare Great Treasure Chest orbs.
  • The orb beneath the Lava Lake does not spawn in parallel worlds outside of New Game Plus.

Each Orb of True Knowledge grants a unique spell and +25 Extra Max Health for all future runs. Orbs of Corrupted Knowledge grant Cursed Extra Max Health.
