Ghost Capture Request - The Ghost Tenant: Available immediately after completing the previous Side Case. Must be performed at night. Go to Quadra Garden to meet the client. He wants proof of a ghost to negotiate rent. Yagami (you) will stake out the apartment. Scan the area using the two available screens. Examine the balcony doors, main door, water, and hallway window. Return to the first scene and examine the object on the floor. The "ghost" appears; chase it to end the case.

Background Investigation of My Son's Wife - The Devil Wife: Requires Reputation Level 20. You'll be called to Café Alps to speak with Shizue, who wants you to investigate her son's wife, Kiriko, after mysterious accidents. Go to M Side Cafe and approach Kiriko to observe her. An employee will provide details about her three previous husbands. Move to the marked seat to eavesdrop. Investigate the scene and find white powder on a coffee cup. Go to Theater Square and speak with Kojiro on the north side about the topics. He describes being followed. Perform an active search (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) to identify the follower, who is on a nearby rooftop above Kojiro. Follow this person through Nakamichi Alley, near Millennium Tower, up E. Millennium Tower St., east down Shichifuku, to Park Alley. Follow them to a dead end in Park Alley, where you will fight the culprit to end the case.

Searching for Missing Nephew - Reckless Aspirations: Requires Reputation Level 30. Meet client Fumie Taniyama at M Side Cafe. She wants you to find her nephew and the 500,000 yen she lent him. Yagami automatically calls Seiya at Stardust. After Seiya's return call, he'll send you to Pink Street. Go to the marker and search for the nephew; he is the guy on the right in the purple jacket. Talk to him, then tail him to Le Marche, Ebisu Pawn, and the Poppo on Showa. Beat him up to end the case.

Second Infidelity Investigation - Way of the Detective: Requires Reputation Level 40 and being in at least Chapter 9. Go to your office to meet the client, who is seeking a second opinion on her husband's infidelity. Head towards East Shichifuku to the marked spot. Tail her husband to a meeting and then to a love hotel. When another private investigator (PI) appears, refuse his offer and fight him.
