How to Get the Seeker's Soul in Silksong

Head to the bottom side of the Bilewater region.

Climb up via the Sinner’s Road route. (Alternatively, if you killed Phantom and reached Act 2, you can use the Organ route through the Choral region and Underworks).

If not using the Organ route, proceed through Sinner’s Road and enter Bilewater via the right pathway near the Simple Key location.

Once in Bilewater, use the Double Jump skill to ascend a large vertical area to reach a ledge.

If you haven't already, find the Bilewater Map in a lower right doorway in this shaft.

Near the top, go right to find a new room. Path down into an area that goes up and down.

Take the path that goes down to find collectibles, tool belt improvements, and a bench. You will also find a destructible wall here; break it down. This is the closest Bilewater bench to the Seeker's Soul item.

Go up from the bench and follow the pathway left until you reach a village area.

The room will lock, and you must fight swamp critters with ranged attacks and diving slaps.

After defeating the enemies, a boss will spawn.

Phase 1: The boss performs a large suck attack. Avoid being sucked into its mouth, or you will need to fight to escape its belly. It also performs dashes.

Phase 2: The boss phases out and spawns more enemies. It becomes more aggressive, throwing explosive bombs with short fuses. Try to hit them back but avoid the explosions.

Phase 3: When the boss's health is low, it performs a larger white attack that must be dodged.

Trap: Partway through the fight, a swinging trap will spawn, moving from right to left. Stand on the platforms to the left or right sides of the room to avoid it, while also minding the charging enemies and projectiles.

Repeat the boss's patterns until it is defeated.

Once the boss is dead, the room opens. Move to one of the houses on the left and enter the room.

Inside, you will find an item pickup: the Seeker's Soul.
