Walkthrough
- 1Kill blues as they are magic resistant and the only ones that can kill wisps. Clear more mushrooms.
- 2Follow a path to the left leading to wisps and blue lifeforce. Loot the room.
- 3Head up the path in the back of the room, kill birds, and have your minions pull a block.
- 4Return to the hive. Have minions pull a block at the bottom and continue along the path, clearing mushrooms.
- 5A blue spawn pit is present. Continue up to find a giant water serpent.
- 6To defeat the giant water serpent: Go to the right where a brown pit is, summon some browns while keeping some blues to resurrect. Send blues down the minion path, but not too close to the serpent. Move browns up to the serpent until it attacks, then move back quickly. Send browns to attack its head, supporting with your weapon. Have blues resurrect fallen minions. Repeat until the serpent dies.
- 7Alternative strategy (Lincoln): Place a guard marker (a command to minions to stay in a specific area) next to the blue spawn point out of the serpent's reach. Call a single minion, sweep them quickly across and through the serpent's attack radius. The serpent should strike and miss. Quickly place another guard marker for that minion to keep them from following you. Run up to the serpent while it is still stuck and repeatedly attack it with your Overlord until it moves away again. Repeat as necessary.
- 8Alternative strategy (N): Send browns to tease the serpent so it strikes, then send them to jump on its head. Before it can throw them off (1-2 seconds), quickly recall them. Repeat until dead. Blues can stay back.
- 9Alternative strategy (swordsman5): Leave the hive where it is. Take 4-5 blues further down the path past the serpent, send them across the river to operate a windlass that rebuilds a bridge. Recall the blues and send them back to their spawn pit near the stationary hive. Take a few browns from the brown spawn pit near the bridge and clear the path ahead. A short way up, find a Blood fountain (a source to replenish health) and pin the browns there. Head down the path, enter the water, and take on the serpent alone. If you are in the water, it will attack you. Beat it until your health is down to 1/4, then head back out to the Blood fountain. Sling in a couple of browns to replenish your health, then go back and finish the serpent off.
- 10Carry the hive farther and break more mushrooms. Kill bugs and froggies up the path.
- 11Continue until you reach geysers. Guide your minions through to a wheel to form a bridge for the hive to cross. Using the guard marker is useful here. Break any mushrooms hindering your blues carrying the hive.
- 12A brown spawning pit and another geyser blocking the path are present. Take the path to the right with some browns and blues. Kill wisps and frogs. Have your blues pull a block down in the water at the end of the road.
- 13Head back to the brown spawn pit and take the path across from it (it's hidden). Find blue bugs, barrels, and a giant pile of money. You cannot bring it back yet.
- 14Take the path to the left of the waterfall-geyser to a broken bridge. Have 1 blue take an egg away from the wheel so others can turn it, or kill the birds with fireballs so they can turn it. Once the bridge is completed, head across and move the rock.
- 15Return to the hive. Move it along the road, clearing more mushrooms. The hive will reach a waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination).
- 16Go back and grab the giant sack of cash.
- 17Head outside through the water. Take care of birds in the water. Head to the left around the path to find a waypoint in the swamp where you can summon more minions. Head to where the birds are and position your minions on land while you draw birds to them to kill.
- 18Grab the giant bag of treasure. If you head into the water with your blues and follow it under the castle bridge, there is loot. Keep going to a blue spawn pit. Head up the path on land to return to the cemetery.
- 19Grab 10 blues and head over to the sewer gate. Before moving the downed pillar, grab more minions and set up a guard marker on land.
- 20Move the pillar blocking the sewer gate. A lot of zombies will appear. Lure them to your guys on shore and get rid of them.
- 21Alternative strategy (Bryan): Make the zombies appear, then run back to the tower gate and go to your tower. Go back to Heaven's Peak and the zombies will be gone when you go down to the spot.
- 22Return to Mellow Hills. Follow the path past the entrance to Spree toward the slave camps to the brown minion spawn pit next to the blood pit. Find a hidden path behind the brown spawn pit. Head around that path to the shore. Send some blues over to grab the tower object. Bring it back, making the bridge to the waypoint for more minion control.
- 23Head back to Heaven's Peak to the sewer entrance.
