1. The Bruise Appears: Appears when Rei wakes up from the first dream after the first night. Also appears when Rei wakes from the second dream after the second night.
2. The Bruise Spreads: Appears when Rei wakes from her third dream after the third night and takes the place of "The Bruise Appears".
3. The Snake Bruise: Appears when Rei wakes from her fifth dream after the fifth night and takes the place of "The Bruise Spreads".
4. The Tattoo Bruise: Appears when Rei reads the Tattoo Folklore file that Miku digs up.

(4) Appears after collecting the "Legend of Song 3" file from the mirror stand drawer in the Kimono Room on the thirteenth night (second playthrough only).
8. Human Columns: (1) Appears after Miku has looked up information on the pic of the graves from the Grave Courtyard. (2) Appears after fighting the first Engraved Man on the eighth night. (3) Appears after defeating the final (fourth) Engraved Man on the eighth night.

6. Human-shaped Stains: (1) Appears after developing the photo taken in the Stained Corridor on the fourth night. (2) Appears after Miku has looked up information on the developed film from the pic of the wall in the Stained Corridor.
7. The Skewered Dolls: (1) Appears after developing the film from the pic of the tree from the fifth night. (2) Appears after reading the "Skewered Dolls" file from Yuu's Room on the tenth night.
8. The Impalement Room: Appears after reading the "Impalement Tome" in the Library on the seventh night with Kei.
9. The Doll Altar: Appears when Miku first enters the Doll Altar on the ninth night.
10. The Red Doll Room: Appears after waking from the fifth night.
11. The Hanging Prison: Check the altar beside the glowing area in the Tattoo Altar on the ninth night with Miku.
12. The Ceremony Room: (1) Appears after looking down on the Ceremony Woman through the peephole in the Wooden Doll Room on the eighth night. (2) Appears after checking the altar in the Wooden Figure Room on the ninth night with Miku. (3) Appears after looking at the "Rituals and Statues" file in Yuu's Room after the ninth night.
13. The Library Altar: Take a pic of the altar in the back of the Library on the thirteenth night.

15. The Himuro Mansion: Takes the place of "The Rope House" after finding the "Rope Priestess" file on the bookshelf in Yuu's Room.
16. Missing in Minakami: Appears after reading the "Land Surveyors Missing" newspaper clipping in Yuu's Room on the Eleventh Night.
