Walkthrough
  1. 1
Round Window Foyer: Reenter the Grave Courtyard. Avoid photographing the first ghost encountered here to ensure a second ghost appears later.
  2. 2
Stained Corridor: Enter the small door and pick up the HERBAL MEDICINE. Exit.
  3. 3
Stairs Hallway (1F): As you move towards the storage area, photograph the WANDERING MOTHER that appears behind you. If you've already photographed the daughter in the Grave Courtyard, this ghost won't appear. Return to the Grave Courtyard and photograph the HIDING DAUGHTER behind the graves. Proceed to the 3F Storage Room.
  4. 4
3F Storage Room: Upon reaching the top of the stairs, turn left and photograph the HIDING DAUGHTER near the railing. Return to the Partitioned Room.
  5. 5
Partitioned Room: Collect TYPE 14 FILM behind the chest. Photograph the WAITING MOTHER in the middle of the room; she will leave an undeveloped photo. Return to the Hearth Room.
  6. 6
Foyer: A WANDERING MOTHER will appear at the hall intersection on your way to the Hearth Room.
  7. 7
Hearth Room: Collect HERBAL MEDICINE from under the stairs. Upstairs, photograph the HIDING DAUGHTER behind the cloth in the corner opposite the save point. She will leave a SCRAP OF PAPER. A Wandering Daughter will then attack; use Type 14 film for high damage due to her teleporting.
  8. 8
Partitioned Room: A Wandering Mother will attack in the same spot as before. Use Type 7 film for an easy Fatal Frame. She will leave another photo for development. Save your game in the Stairs Hallway on your way back.
  9. 9
Round Window Foyer: Proceed down the lit hallway.
  10. 10
Bell Hallway: At the intersection, a more aggressive Man in White with a weapon will appear. Use Type 14 film and time your shots carefully after his attack. Head down the left hall.
  11. 11
Projection Room: Photograph the film projector. Collect the FILM "IMPALEMENT." Find TYPE 14 FILM on a desk behind a curtain. On a second playthrough, photograph BOOK GIRL above the film. Behind the projector screen, find FOLKLORE NOTES 1 and EQUIPMENT "TRACK" w/file. Enter the door at the back.
  12. 12
Barred Hallway: Photograph the WOMAN PAST BARS through the bars. Collect HERBAL MEDICINE from the room ahead. Stand where the medicine was and photograph the floor on the other side of the bars to reveal Secret Ghost #9 HIDDEN CARPENTERS. Continue down the hall and enter the next area.
  13. 13
Garden Corridor: The middle door is sealed. Save your game at the nearby save point. After the cutscene when trying to open the middle doors, photograph the GIRL IN BACK. Approach the tree and photograph the HALLWAY GIRL in the back doorway as you near the stairs. Photograph the tree itself to reveal another developable photo. Go through the back middle door. (Note: If the Hallway Girl appears before checking the middle doors, the second Girl in Back will not appear.)
