Fight the Priestess Girl in Doll Altar West.

Take a picture of the Ceremony Woman above the Wooden Figure Room to break the seal on the door of Doll Altar North.

Collect the four Purity Stones from each Doll Altar (L Blue, Blue, Green, and one other implied).

Deal with the Priestess Girls in the Tatami Loft to exit to the Hearth Room.

Bring the collected Purity Stones to the Tattoo Altar and solve the puzzle.

Fight the Kuze Family Head in the Tattoo Altar.

Check on Miku in her room.

Obtain the Letter from Kei and two tapes from the counter. Listen to both tapes in Rei's Room (starting them is sufficient).

In the Tattoo Altar, snap a photo of the area above the candles for a developable photo. Check the altar for an extra note.

When the camera shows the cage above, go to the southeast part of the room, face the cage, and aim at the upper corner to photograph Secret Ghost #12 HANDMAIDEN (AMANE).

In the Blind Room, upon reaching the top of the stairs, quickly raise your camera and aim right of the blind to photograph GIRL IN THE BLIND.

Grab the HERBAL MEDICINE behind the folding doors.

Exit to the Hall with Tatami, then go to the Rope Hallway, and finally the Foyer. Grab the HERBAL MEDICINE behind the doors and save your game.

Return to the Hall with Tatami.

Obtain TYPE 14 FILM in the room with two kimonos.

In the middle of the Hall with Tatami, walk to the opening in the floor on the west side and go through.

Under the Floor (crawl), pick up the SPECIAL ABILITY "DOUBLE" w/file from the ground.

Hold the square button to move faster. Crawling Woman will attack; back away while pointing your camera at her and shoot as she prepares to attack for a Shutter Chance. Use Type 14 film. She leaves an undeveloped photo. Exit through the opening.

In The Doll Altar West, pick up the PURITY STONE L BLUE and the GREEN DIARY from the altar.

Go up the ladder on the west side.

Under the Floor (crouch), equip your camera and look directly up. Take a shot when the camera glows for an undeveloped photo.

Midway down the path, photograph the second right pillar supporting the floor above to reveal Secret Ghost #14 MAN UNDER FLOOR. Climb the ladder.

In the Wooden Figure Room, if you did not take the shot below the floor, aim between the two large wooden figures in the back and snap a photo for an undeveloped photo. This makes locating the secret ghost easier. Check the altar for a note.

Unlock the door. Needle Woman will attack as you try to enter the next room; use Type 14 film and continue to the Barred Hallway.

In the Barred Hallway, get the HERBAL MEDICINE in the closet and proceed to the Kimono Room.

In the Kimono Room, grab PURPLE DIARY 2 from the mirror stand.

Go to the Garden Corridor, save your game, and photograph the small door on the left to get the Peephole photo.

Return to the Kimono Room and go through the small door in the back, next to the stairs.

Above the Foyer, walk across the beams to the small room. A Priestess Girl below will cause a disturbance.

Above the Wooden Figure Room, look through the peephole and photograph CEREMONY WOMAN at the bottom to open the door in the Garden Corridor. Return to the Garden Corridor.

Above the Foyer, the Priestess Girl will approach; use Type 14 film.

In the Garden Corridor, you can collect HERBAL MEDICINE and TYPE 14 FILM from the Barred Hallway and Projection Room. Save your game and enter the newly opened small door.

In Doll Altar North, pick up PURITY STONE BLUE and RED DIARY 1 from the altar.

Exit and go to Doll Altar East in the Garden Corridor.

In Doll Altar East, grab PURITY STONE GREEN and exit.

Go back to the Stained Corridor outside the Bell Hallway, past the Grave Courtyard.

In the Stained Corridor, go through the small door and pick up the HERBAL MEDICINE on the ground. Walk to the very end.
