Kim will alert you that the New Eden Compound is under attack. Head there to confront Mickey and Lou.

Make your way to the chapel at the marker, reviving injured allies along the way.

Mickey and Lou will appear in the chapel and initiate the fight after a brief dialogue. They will use smoke grenades to obscure the area.

The compound is large and filled with Highwaymen, attack dogs, and the sisters. Use the ammo caches and supplies in the shacks to resupply.

Mickey wields a sniper rifle and shotgun, and will also use a flamethrower and explosives. Lou also uses a sniper rifle. Stay behind cover to avoid Lou's sniper fire and prioritize taking her down first.

The sisters can revive each other, so capitalize on opportunities to eliminate one when possible.

When Lou's health is around 40%, reinforcements will arrive. Deal with the new thugs and dogs, and try to finish Lou off before she can heal. Horatio can help keep dogs at bay.

When one sister is defeated, a chopper will bring more enemies. Hunt down the remaining sister, avoiding her flamethrower. More reinforcements will arrive when her health drops to about 40%.

After both sisters are defeated, a cutscene will play. Loot their bodies for valuable resources.
