How to Find The Legacy Katana:

This Katana is unique and only appears in vendor inventories on rotation. You'll need to keep an eye on two specific vendors: the one in the Town Hall and the trader in the Exiles Cave. When it does pop up, be ready to spend 2000 Old World Money, so make sure you've got the cash saved up!

Forcing Vendor Stock Refreshes:

  Alternatively, you can save your game at a bed in either the Town Hall or Exiles Cave. Then, log out of your save and log back in. This forces the game to refresh its inventory, potentially bringing The Legacy Katana into stock.
