Here’s the breakdown of what you need to do:

1. First up, you've gotta push through the Rise and Shine mission. This is where you'll get your bearings in the game's world and see what kicks off the whole story.
2. After that, you'll tackle the Safe Haven quest. This one's important because it sets up your very first safe house, introduces you to the cool new Chimera feature, and gets you started with the skill tree.
3. Once you've wrapped up Safe Haven and chatted with Olivia to get the full scoop on Kyle Crane's situation, you'll be rewarded with some handy gear like the Binoculars, lockpicks, money, and XP that'll bump you up to level 2.
