Part 18

Begin by working at the weapons shop. Sell customers weapons they want and buy anything they offer to sell.

After work, go north past the inn to the item shop. Find a secret door on the northern wall, go upstairs, and collect the Leather Shield.

Return home and break the barrels on the carpet north of your house for an Antidotal Herb.

The next day, head outside at dawn. If asked, push the old man in the northeastern part of town into the church to earn 4 Coins.

Return to the weapons shop and continue working. Keep an eye out for a customer wanting to sell a Cautery Sword. If you find it, buy it to stock it in the shop. Alternatively, you can buy another weapon and equip it, but it will be less powerful.

Fight monsters on the world map until Torneko reaches Level 3.

From town, head north until you find a dungeon. Enter it.

In the dungeon entrance, ignore the water and head down the stairs to the west.

In the next room, ignore the switch and go up one of the two stairways to the south.

Follow the path down another stairway and ignore the switch. Open the chest west of this switch to find a Chain Sickle.

Press the switch you passed earlier. Torneko will be washed away to a new area.

Once Torneko can walk again, head west at the first fork and go down the stairs.

You will see a large, circle-formed boulder. Run south from it, head east at the first fork, then west when the path splits again. Finally, head north at the next fork. The boulder will fall, creating a bridge.

Walk across the stone bridge and head down the stairway on the other side.

On the lowest floor, take one of the two small boulders and push it to the northwestern part of the area, past the gate, and into the room with the safe.

Once you and the boulder are in the safe room, the gate will shut. Examine the safe to get the Steel Strongbox.

Push your boulder onto the space where the safe was standing to open the gate again. Exit the dungeon.
